Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests received on or before 25 November 2020 will receive a full refund minus a $25 USD processing fee. After 25 November 2020, there will be no refunds issued for any reason.

To request a cancellation, please login to your registration profile and click on "Send a cancellation request" link. This will be the only accepted method to submit a refund request.

There will be no refunds at any time for any reason on payments made by wire transfer. You can print a letter confirming registration by logging back into your registration profile after you have paid and clicking on the link entitled: Print Confirmation of Registration Letter for <your name>.
